Wave soldering is suitable for hand plug board and dispensing board, and requires all components to be heat-resistant. W series lead-free wave soldering machine is a cost-effective product, suitable for large and small batch production.

The main features：

1.Transport system

This machine have double hook claw L finger and Hook finger,

customer can choose any of them or mixed them.

2.Fulx Spray System

a.Step motor control,make sure the spray nozzle moving

at needed speed smoothly.

b.Spray Pressure 0.25Mpa--0.4Mpa, Flux flow 10--100 ml/min.

3. Preheating System

3.1. Hot air preheating, PID + SSR control mode.

3.2. Standard equipped with 4 hot air  preheating zone, procide enough heat to active the flux performance.

4. Soldering System

4.1. Solder Pot Material Full Titanium (Standard FT).

4.2. Solder pot capacity Lead-free 250kg.

4.3. Two wave nozzle, one is for turbulent wave and another is for flat wave,

and solder pot in & out automatically, upper & down automatically.
