1. Promote the full play of flux activity. 3. Reduce the thermal shock during wave soldering. The preheating can gradually and uniformly heat the PCB temperature, thereby minimizing the thermal shock during wave soldering, easing thermal stress, minimizing the warpage and deformation of the PCB, and improving the mechanical flatness of the PCB.
4. Reduce the thermal degradation of components. Due to the pre-heating, the thermal shock during wave soldering can be reduced to a minimum, thereby minimizing the risk of damage to thermal components.
5. Improve production efficiency. The pre-heat treatment also shortens the time required to heat the PCB to the wetting temperature during the wave soldering process, thereby accelerating the wave soldering process and improving the production efficiency.
