Wave soldering machine is to make the welding surface of the plug-in board directly contact with high-temperature liquid tin to achieve the purpose of welding. The high-temperature liquid tin maintains an inclined surface, and a special device causes the liquid tin to form a wave-like phenomenon, so it is called "wave soldering". Wave soldering machine process: insert the component into the corresponding component hole → pre-coat flux → preheat (temperature 90-100℃, length 1-1.2m) → wave soldering (220-240℃) cooling → cut off excess insert legs → check .
Wave soldering machine has a new welding process with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection. In the past, tin-lead alloys were used, but lead is a heavy metal that can cause great harm to the human body. Therefore, a lead-free process was promoted, using *tin-silver-copper alloy* and special flux, and the welding temperature required a higher preheating temperature.
