3. Preheating zone: It is necessary to clean the dust and flux residues on the sealing plate of the preheating zone every week to prevent excessive accumulation of flux on the sealing plate for a long time and cause the flux to enter the preheating box and cause fire.
4. Tin furnace part (need to turn on the wave soldering power supply): According to the production situation, clean the tin slag in the tin bath every 2 days, and it should not accumulate too much, otherwise the motor will be stirred into the spray port, which will cause uneven wave peaks and product failure Will be greatly increased, and the filter in the wave spray nozzle needs to be removed every month to clean the tin dross
5. The main control box part: most companies do not clean the wave soldering box, and the wave soldering box also needs to clean up the dust, because the tin slag is more or less scattered around the equipment during the cleaning process, and the tin slag is brought It is conductive, if it is sucked in by the cooling fan of the electric box too much, it may cause the electrical accessories to burn out
