Analysis and countermeasures of related causes of poor component placement

1. Analysis of the reasons for the throwing of the placement machine and treatment methods:
      The so-called throwing means that during the production process of the placement machine, the component is not mounted after the component is sucked, and the component is thrown to the throwing box or other places, or the above throwing action is performed without the component being sucked. Throwing causes material loss, prolongs production time, reduces production efficiency, and increases production costs. In order to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs, it is necessary to solve the problem of high throwing rate.

      The following are the main reasons and countermeasures for throwing materials:
Reason 1:
      Suction nozzle problem, the deformation, blockage or damage of the suction nozzle causes insufficient air pressure and air leakage, resulting in poor suction, incorrect picking, poor identification and throwing.
Countermeasures:
      Clean or replace the nozzle.
 
Reason 2:
      Recognition system problems, poor vision, dust or debris in the vision or laser lens that interfere with recognition, improper selection of the recognition light source and insufficient intensity and grayscale, and the recognition system itself may be broken.
Countermeasures:
      Clean and wipe the surface of the identification system (reflective lens) to ensure that the reflective lens is clean and free from debris, etc., adjust the light source intensity and grayscale, if the fault is still not resolved, check and confirm the (image) identification system hardware.
 
Reason 3:
      Poor reclaiming position, the suction nozzle is not at the center of the component when picking up the component, and the reclaiming height is not correct (generally press down 0.05mm after touching the part), resulting in a deviation of the reclaiming, which exceeds the specified allowable during identification Errors and throwing materials.
Countermeasures:
      Use the camera to check and confirm the reclaiming position, and adjust the reclaiming position if necessary.
 
Reason 4:
      Vacuum problems, insufficient air pressure, unsmooth passage of the vacuum tube, a guide material blocking the vacuum channel, or a leak in the vacuum, resulting in insufficient air pressure. When the component is sucked due to insufficient suction force, the component is not sucked or the component is installed after it is sucked Dropped in the future.
Countermeasures:
      Check whether the vacuum value of the solenoid valve corresponding to each nozzle of the placement head is normal, and clean the air pipeline.
 
Reason 5:
      Program problem, improper setting of component parameters in the running placement program, inconsistent with the actual size, brightness and other parameters of the incoming material, resulting in poor recognition and throwing.
Countermeasures:
      Modify the component parameters and search for the best parameter settings of the component.
 
Reason 6:
      Problems with incoming materials, irregular incoming materials, oxidation of component pins and other unqualified products.
Countermeasures:
      Contact IQC and feedback the defective components to the supplier for improvement.
 
Reason 7:
      Feeder problem, the feeder position is deformed, the feeder feeds badly (the feeder ratchet gear is damaged, the material belt hole is not stuck on the feeder ratchet gear, there is foreign matter under the feeder, the spring is aging, or Electrical failure), resulting in improper reclaiming position or poor reclaiming and throwing of materials, or damage to the feeder.
Countermeasures:
      Adjust the feeder, clean the feeder platform, and replace damaged parts or feeders.
 
      When poor throwing occurs and go to the site to deal with it, the technician should first ask the equipment operator to understand the relevant situation, and then directly find the problem based on observation and analysis, so that the problem can be found and solved more effectively, and at the same time, the production efficiency can be improved. , Do not take up too much machine production time.
