The SMT workshop mainly manages the following aspects:
(1) Workshop temperature and humidity management: The main method for the management of workshop temperature and humidity is to rely on air conditioners and other equipment to adjust temperature and humidity, use a calibrated thermometer and hygrometer for secondary confirmation and regular manual recording.

(2) Material supply management: Due to the special process of SMT production, the required materials must be supplied to the production line at one time. Otherwise, it will cause a waste of time for the second adjustment of the machine or a waste of man-hours for manual repair welding after the empty paste, which will cause a big change in the production cost. Although most companies borrowed information management systems for auxiliary management, the actual sorting, handling, and material handover work is still done manually, which is relatively time-consuming and labor-intensive, and can easily lead to secondary human injuries.
(3) Material error prevention management: Because most of the materials in the SMT workshop have the same shape, the electrical performance parameters of the products are quite different. Therefore, in order to cause misposting in production, the management method adopted is to install the feeder loaded with the product on the corresponding position of the placement machine after the quality personnel and the production personnel jointly check the error beforehand, and then perform the repetition on the first piece. Measure some measurable parameters to confirm that the placement is correct. To reduce the probability of error by consuming a lot of manpower and time, this method reduces the error rate to a relatively low point, but there is no such guarantee when replacing materials, which increases the probability of wrong materials.
1.2 Intelligent analysis of workshop

In the early stage of reform and opening up, in view of the domestic and international situation in which the supply of my country was in short supply, relying on factors such as cheap labor and government policy support, my country's manufacturing industry began to set sail and blossom everywhere. (3) Workshop information management system: According to incomplete statistics, only 10% to 20% have successfully implemented ERP integration.
